Coming from a family with 3 generations of therapists and psychologists, I never had a doubt that helping people get a peace of mind is my calling as well. For years, I’ve been providing individual & family counseling, focusing on helping you all achieve a kind of mental zen that’s so crucial in the hectic world we live in today.
Experienced in applying all kinds of techniques, I feel fully prepared for helping you get your psychological health and well-being back on track. My approach will get anyone out of the deepest depression hole!

    Let's first start with a free 15-minute phone conversation to better understand your particular issue and how I can help you.

    2nd Phase

    I will determine the causes of your problem and develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific concerns.

    Final Phase

    The treatment typically happens individually or in groups. During our talking therapy, we'll find a way to overcome your challenges.

I offer a 20-minute free first consultation to all my would-be patients. It will give you a chance to describe your particular issue, ask any questions about my experience and services, and to come to a decision about whether I am the right therapist for you.

  • What is a typical therapy appointment?

    Appointments usually last about 45 minutes. The sessions are held once or twice a week which depends on your special situation. You should attend the therapies regularly, come on time, and cancel in only urgent cases.
  • How frequently will I visit you?

    During our initial consultation, we'll discuss the schedule that fits your needs the best. Typically, we'll set up a specific date and time to meet once or twice a week. Based on your treatment, a higher frequency of sessions may be offered.
  • What benefits can I expect from working with a therapist?
